"Name" of comment author not assigned correctly

I noticed that the name of the comment author is not assigned correctly for the list subscriptions. In
class-mc4wp.phpyou use$merge_vars['NAME'] = $name;but$nameis never assigned. So, I simply added the assignment$name = $data['name'];.Otherwise, the plugin is working smoothly and I like its simplicity. ??
