Name of Field / Table for Export

Great plugin. Just what I needed.
I am trying to export this as part of this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-simply-order-export/.
In order to export the birthdate I will need to know the name of the field and in which table it is getting stored.
Can you help with this?
