Name of the month showing only once

    Hello,

    I have a paginated list of events grouped by month. The code:
    [events_list_grouped mode=monthly limit=9]#_EVENTDATES #_EVENTNOTES[/events_list_grouped]

    If a month shows up in the first and second page, for instance, the name of the month will appear 2 times (in the first and in the second pages).

    I want it to appear only the first time. Is this possible?

  • Hi,

    The only way to fix that would be through custom coding. What you’d need to do is create a duplicate of the existing shortcode that is able to check whether the output is happening on a secondary age and hide the heading if it is.

    I think it would actually be quite challenging to do this ??

    It doesn’t seem easy and I don’t think I can take it from there hehe
    But I never gave up on a problem of this kind, so… any other clues? x)

    I’m afraid if you’re not comfortable with coding you’d really need to hire a developer to help you out with it.
