Name the post comment refers to

I have successfully set up Contact7 form, and am receiving my test emails directly into my inbox. You can see what I mean here:

But there is something else I’d like to be able to do with this form: I want to name of post the comment is coming from. If I post several articles in a week, I want to know the post the commenter is talking about. How do I do this?
