    You can include an open-end question for the name

    OK, good idea, but is possible to get that specific question (or answer) with some variable?
    If the first question is the name, made with an open-end question, how can I get the answer to include it in the email?

    SOLVED, don’t need the answer, I finally managed to create two more input fields for the name and phone number and get the content to be sent in the email.
