name venue not visible in [em_events] shortcode

    Hi,

    Thanks for this great plugin.
    I’m still exploring its potential for my project and there’s one aspect related to shortcodes that I’d like to ask more info about.
    Is there a way to display in the [em_events] shortcode, especially in square grid and staked grid, the name of the venue?
    Having multiple venues is a core feature of this plugin and it’d make a lot of sense to display the venue name as well as the event title, etc.

    Thank you for your kind words.

    Regarding your request, the venue name is currently displayed in all views except the calendar. This is an issue in our latest version, and we will add this fix in our upcoming release.

    Additionally, at present, each event can be assigned to only one venue. However, we understand the value of supporting multiple venues for a single event, and we have forwarded your request to our planning and development team for consideration in future updates.

    thanks for yur reply.

    I’m not using the Calendar view, but the “grid” and “rows” layout. Currently the [em_events] shortcode doesn’t display venue names in neither of those layouts, I’ve checked with different templates and it doesn’t display it even in your demo. Can venue name be “activated” in some way before your next release?

    Currently I’m using [em_event_type] shortcode as a workaround, but it doesn’t seem to have an option to have a search/filter top bar (as the [em_events] shortcode).
    Can this be activated in the [em_event_type] shortcode by setting its parameters?

    Hi,

    I don’t believe this thread can be marked as “solved”, attached here a screenshot from your own demo page which doen’t display venue name in “rows” view. I’m experiencing the same exact issue.
    It’d be fantastic to have some feedback on this or a DIY fix instruction in the .php files, I’d really appreciate it.
