namecheap continue to send in spam/junk

There can be many reasons it ends up in spam.

First thing to check is you server IP address reputation you can use a tool like
https://mxtoolbox.com/arin.aspx

i have tried and results is all green!!! but email land in spam ??

that if i install this plugin and i change the “DNS providers” maybe everything can work…. what do you think ?

i have namecheap domain/host and when woocommerce receive a order , it automatically send message to our clients…. and that email land inside the spam/junk email box i have also tried “mailpoet” but the email still land inside the spam/junk email box ?? my clients never will see that email ?? how can i solve?

Thanks for letting me know it does not work with MailPoet either, MailPoet is completely separate rout compared to my plugin so then that means your issue is not something mu plugin can solve.

As this forum is for support of the free plugin only ( and not a place for free or paid consultancy ) I will mark this support request resolved, as your issue is not related to this plugin.

Thank Alan , I was said about Mailpoet just a example, but I have tried your plugin in my host/domain ( I have with Namecheap) and it is not working, my email continue to lane in spam/junk box ,
