Names and Descriptions Are Not Displaying

Hi- This is the second time I’ve bought your Pro plugin – using for a different client this time. Same thing happened when I bought and used it the first time though. The team member names are not displaying. They ARE displaying on the first two teams. After that, I clicked to make my the first team’s styling my default. The third team I created after I did this and it’s team names are not displaying.

Second issue is that the team members bio’s or descriptions are not displaying. This is happening on all teams. I’m happy to provide a temp wordpress login for you if needed. thanks
