    Hi,

with your plugin it is possible to maintain additional information, e.g. the barcode.

Is there a documentation, which custom fields are being used for this additional infos?

Background: we do some regular exports of the product data to serve another process and I want to include e.g. the barcode for simple products and product variants as well (for simple and variant products).

For the time being, the info of the barcode would help me already.

    Thanks
    Markus

    Hello @markisu72,

thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
First of all I want to inform you about our documentation site that holds most of the answers to your questions: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/

However, to give you an answer here: Yes, the barcode syncs to Zettle
There is some customization available and this is explained here.
Basic information about the barcodes usage can be found here.

Be aware that only the product stock synchronizes in both directions.

Let me know if you have any additional questions for us.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hi Joost,

    thanks for your feedback.
I guess, I didn’t ask the question precisely, though ??

My question was not whether the barcode is synched to Zettle or not.
I know the behaviour of it.

I want to programmatically access the Zettle barcode field within WordPress for a different purpose. Yes, I am talking about an export, but not to Zettle. I want to export product data including the data of the fields you add to somewhere else.
I just want to know the name of the (custom) field in WordPress which you use to store the barcode for products and variants.

    Thanks
    Markus

    Hello @markisu72

thank you for clarifying that for me. I asked around and I believe it is _zettle_barcode. Can you try and let me know if that worked for you?

    Kind regards,
    Joost
