    Hi,

    Yes we do. It an older version (2.3.7.4) as we’ve had some problems in the past updating this one due to a conflict with a payment gateway we’ve been using. We don’t use this now so may be able to update the Events Manager Pro plugin if needed

    If you stll have access to the Pro forums, an upgrade is a good idea.

    Which type of bookings are you using / having this problem with?

    I’m just trying to find out if we still have a current subscription.

    I’m not sure I understand when you say what type of bookings. We’re just using standard bookings, not recurring ones. When we go to events -> bookings, or manage bookings from the event, the list under ‘recent bookings’ shows all details except the customer name. It is still being stored in the database as when I restore the previous version of the plugin they are all displayed.

    In the meantime, please can you tell me how to switch off the auto-update of the plugin, as I am having to constantly revert to the previous version so that we can manage our business. Thanks!

    I was wondering if you’re using No-User Booking Mode.

    Events Manager doesn’t automatically update. It sounds like you have a directive in your wp-config.php allowing automatic plugin updates.

    Oh I see, no everyone has to be registered and log in before they can book.

    Thanks I’ll try to find the setting in the config file.
