    Hi there,

If you are able to use something like FileZilla to connect via SFTP you can disable the plugin causing that error. It would be the bluehost-wordpress-plugin and you can rename the folder and WordPress will deactivate that giving you access back.

Let us know if that helps or you need more guidance on how to do that.

Hi, You can try to disable the plugin ‘bluehost-wordpress-plugin’ from a file manager or FTP.
If you have recent backups you can also consider restoring your website backup to a previous version.

Thanks, Josè Casta?eda, how would I set this up? I tried plugging this into the “host” field…
    Host: sftp://anclaje-primario.com
…for the “Username” field, I used my WordPress username (“cdstrom”)…
    Username: cdstrom
…in the “password” field, I plugged in my WordPress password…
…I didn`t know what to put into the “port” field, so I left it blank.

    This is what I get:

Ah, ok. So your hosting company will have this information as it does vary by hosting company and not all connect to the domain that way. I know some offer a cpanel which can make it a little easier for some to edit and access some of the files on the site.

Try reaching out to your host if you are not sure on where to get those details.
