Naming a Drop-down Menu

  • Hello. I have one menu on my site,
    Within it, I have a drop-down menu that is social links. Is there a way to name drop-down menus? If there is another way to achieve the same thing if this isn’t possible, let me know. This would be nice for other drop-downs as well.

    Not sure where I”d name them, to be honest. I could possibly use something that would provide for social links only.

    Why are you asking this question if you don’t know how you would use it?
    I’m just trying to understand what you mean by naming, and how would you use a name of a menu?

    WordPress provides the Appearance > Menus admin page, where you can create a menu and give it a name. You can then assign the menu you created to a location that your theme provides. Is this what you are talking about? Or something else?
