National Shipping – Unknown service codes

    Hi, we have a problem with domestic services here in Italy.
    We receive in the XML answer a list of service codes that are not available in your list, so the calculation uses only the fallback value.

    Here some examples:

    • C – MEDICAL EXPRESS EU
    • N – EXPRESS DOMESTIC
    • 7 – EXPRESS EASY DOC

    I already saw similar question in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/national-shipping/ , but I found no way to ADD custom codes, only to reorganize/enable the existing ones…

    I also add that I tested it also on the PRO version of the plugin, on the demo website. If I set store location in Italy and customer location in Italy, debug shows the good answer (a lot of different choices with different prices) but no valid code in the plugin…

    Our plugin currently supports the list of shipping services written in our documentation. As of 21.11.2022 these are:
    – H, W – DHL ECONOMY SELECT
    – E, K – DHL EXPRESS 9:00
    – M, L – DHL EXPRESS 10:30
    – T, Y – DHL EXPRESS 12:00
    – P, U – DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE
    – D – DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (DOCUMENTS)

    I passed your request to our team, and we may introduce additional DHL shipping services in future releases.

    Hi @netdream,

    I wanted to let you know that in the 2.4.0 update we added support for DHL Express Domestic service:

    N – EXPRESS DOMESTIC

    You can now display domestic rates with our plugin.
