Nationbuilder Feed – Custom Fields

    Hi Again,

    I have a people custom text field in NationBuilder called Volunteer Skills. Slug is volunteer_skills

    In the Feed, when I map a single line text field in Gravity, to the NationBuilder custom field using the slug, it returns an error. Is there some different syntax for custom fields? A search on Nationbuilder did not provide any clarity.

    okay, I guess Gravity Forms auto updated a couple days ago… I just made a new form and that now works going into NB… but the forms I made during the period from Nov3 to 11th still do not work.

    Is there some way I can now make those forms work? I can remake them if necessary… but then I would lose the entries already there… 50+

    The error had to do with saving the feeds, so you will need to resave them. Try adding and removing an item from the field map (the field with the ‘+’ button for mapping NB custom fields to form fields) to make sure it resets those correctly.

    aha! The existing form is now working… re-saving the feed worked, all tags, custom fields etc are functional and importing into NB correctly
