Native advertising?

  • Can we please shoot the person who came up with the term “native advertising”?

    Seriously though, how does this actually work? It puts a banner on my front page somewhere between my posts? Or does it actually create an article containing the advertising? It’s not clear with the lingo here.

    Will this only work on sites that have images and headline as the only thing showing on the front page? ie, if I have actual articles with text, will this not work?
