Native Exporter Giving Empty XML File for Media

  • I’m currently working on a website that my client has still been using while we update and clean the development site. I have the native exporter installed on WP 5.1.1 but upon exporting the Media files for any range of dates, I get an XML file containing the details of the users and nothing else. Does anyone know what might have cause this problem or how to fix it?

    Would you post the your header of xml?

    It should be something like this:

    <?xml
    version = “version_number”
    encoding = “encoding_declaration”
    standalone = “standalone_status”
    ?>
