Nav Bar displaying "Home" as "True"

I just changed themes a few hours ago, to Graph Paper Press’ Berlin v2.2 theme. I’ve finally got all of the kinks worked out, except this one. On my Nav Bar up top, it calls the link that should be “Home”, “true.” I have no page named “true” and I don’t know where to go to find rename this link to “Home”. Any help please?
