Nav Bar Drop-down Not Working after Update

    Hello,

    Updated the theme today. The menu items that drop-down on the navigation bar are no longer working. Instead they directly go to the parent page.

    For example. On the demo of the theme, when clicking “Level 1”, rather than the drop-down menu showing “Level 2”, it now just goes straight to whatever page “Level 1” is. The drop-down menu briefly shows as the page loads.

    The drop-down menu items were working properly before the update! Literally minutes before :/

    I’ve been unable to figure out how to fix this issue. It’s very inconvenient if the drop-down menu’s don’t work. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

  • Your parent menu item should not be a real URL. Instead, it should just be a custom link with the number sign “#” in place of the URL.

    Hello,

    I’ve tried the proposed solution in Arcade Basic using a custom link with the number sign ‘#’ in place of the URL, but the drop down navigation still does not work. Please advise with further or alternative suggestions! Thank you.

    The drop down will work when you click on the parent item. Can I see your site?

    Also, make sure you don’t have a plugin that also adds Bootstrap code since it might conflict with the theme.
