Nav Bar Help

    Someone has given me a nav bar with this code:

    Now my question is if I use this I get my home page like this: [IMAGE]-> https://d.imagehost.org/0094/hii.jpg which is 1 tier nav bar but if I click on cat links but not home link it comes up as two-tier horizontal nav bar (visit https://t-clicks.com/blog for live preview) but I want my home navbar as two tier nav bar aswell. Anyone can help with this?
