Nav bar style altered and user name appears on front end after set up

I just installed iThemes plugin on the site https://www.sarasotadolphin.org and after configuring some of the settings, I checked the front end and noticed 2 strange things:
1. On all PAGES (not posts, nor the home page) the page author’s name appears at the top of the page above the header.
2. Also on pages only, the navigation bar’s contents seem to shift and get spaced out funny. The home page displays it correctly, but not posts.
Any idea as to why this is happening? I tried deactivating the iThemes Security plugin to see if that solved it, but it did not. I have also unchecked all the settings back to the original state, but that did not change anything, either.
Everything is up to date, and we are using the Mystique theme. Thanks for any ideas or help on this!
