Nav Linking w/premade header w/premade buttons

I’m not really sure how to ask this as I’m relatively new here and with wordpress, but I’ve created my own theme (header, body, content, and footer) backgrounds… within the header I’ve created (all of this done in adobe photoshop 9.0) 6 buttons for 6 links or pages, one including the home page.

These buttons fit the header width in total width and have text in them. How would I go about creating a navigation bar that links these buttons to the pages I’m going to create with in my wordpress admin page?

If I confuse anyone, I’m sorry it’s 3:30 am and I’m a little out of it haha.

*EDIT: I do have all the “buttons” saved as separate slices/files as well as the main header background without the buttons just to clarify.
