• Using elementor as primary page builder, I tried the WP nav block. I expected a menu like the customizer shows and got an unordered list of links. Not being critical just reporting results.

Seems to be more a Theme issue in general. The new Navigation block for the customizer hasn’t been released yet. It’s entirely possible that I do not understand exactly what you are seeing vs. what you were expecting. If that’s the case, would you please try to explain it a bit more elaborate and a screenshot might help as well.

Screen shots no problem. How do I send or make available to you.

re Elementor. In the icon panel, there are regular elementor widget icons, a block that says WP on them and look like they belong to WP/Gutenberg blocks and some other block addons I have. I picked the nav widget from the WP group to use. This is the one that make an unordered list of links as opposed to showing a customizer type menu bar.

The nav menu addon for elementor works quite well hooking up to the customizer menus that are saved. I expected the WP nave widget to do similar. just not so.

That may not even be an offical WP block widget. I was just reporting this because of the WP branding on the widgets in that block.

I think there is a gutenberg block of widgets for elementor as I remember.

Does this help? Or do you still need screen shots?
