Nav menu in tablet don’t Work

Hey guys! I could not understand why, but the navigation menu does not work on the tablet, neither using woostify nav menu (with Elementor widget), nor using icon with po-pup, someone, would know the reason?
No use testing via desktop in tablet mode, the tests have to be on a real tablet, iPad for example.
