Nav menu not appearing on mobile

  • My nav menu has disappeared from the top of my site when viewing on mobile. I’ve had a good search and tried a few things but nothing as yet. I have updated all plugins, theme and WP, deleted unused plugins, ensured it is the primary menu and I don’t think its a background/menu colour issue as I have a textured background. Any tips on what else I could look at please?

    Are you using a theme with Genesis framework?
    Contact the Genesis support team or directly to the theme’s developer team for assistance with display of navigation menu for small device sizes.

    It looks like you are missing the theme files that have the .js files that make the mobile menu work.

    When I look at the Hello Darling demo site there are more directories that should be part of your theme.

    Thanks both, I’ll contact the theme seller and see if she can help. It was working perfectly so maybe the latest WP update has messed it up.
