nav menu not showing up on any device

Hi, I am trying to add the nav menu in the header section. I have tried adding it via the widgets section, tried adding it from elementor, from various other templates as well but the nav menu just won’t show. None of the widget elements in the elementor builder are working for menu like nav menu, simple menu, advanced menu & WordPress menu. The header just shows the site title on the desktop and although the hamburger menu is visible on mobile, the menu doesn’t open.

There’s been a problem with the options of navigation menus. I think you didn’t put that right.
