Nav Menu on Mobile divice

I’m trying to center the navigation menu on mobile device. Currently, the text is on the left margin. I went through everything on the drop down responsive configuration menu but I couldn’t find anything. Whenever I center the text on the desktop view, on a mobile device, the text is to the left margin. Does anybody have an solution?
