Nav Menu – Subpages not showing in dropdown

    Hello, I am having issues with the Elementskit Nav Menu. When I create a new page and add it as a subpage in my menu, it does not reflect/show up in the ElementsKit Nav Menu. I have tried refreshing/reloading the widget in every possible way, but it will not display a subpage.

    The strange part is that if I move the new page out of the submenu, it will show up inline with the rest of the menu items.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please clear the cache from your site and browser. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then keep it disabled for some time and then check. I hope the problem will be solved right after that.

    If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.

    If the issue persists, then please share your website’ URL. We will take a closer look at the issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
