  • ok that is really weird…I just tried your site on my iphone which is running ios 7 now and the menu is there, it’s just that it’s white and blends in with the background. But when I put your site into this mobile device tool https://mattkersley.com/responsive/ ….it shows up.

What phone and version of OS are you using? Are you on ios 7?

What is also just as weird is that if you open the menu and it appears missing (but the links are there), then turn your phone to landscape or portrait, the menu items appear.

This one I am really stumped.

i know i tried it in responsive.is and it worked fine.
i updated my iphone 4s as well to ios7..could it be the new update?

I just edited my previous message….if you change the orientation of your phone with the menu open, does the menu items suddenly show up?

I’m thinking it has something to do with the safari browser on the new ios 7, so I installed Chrome mobile and getting the same thing. So it appears it’s related to ios 7

How to fix this one I’m not sure at the moment, but will have to look into this because it looks as though ios 7 is making the menu links white even though they are supposed to be dark grey.

Do you know anyone who does not have an iphone with ios 7 on it or perhaps another phone like android to test your site?

well it did work last week on my phone. i just happened to look at it yesterday and noticed this problem. it definitely seems like it has to do with the update.
let me know if you have come up with any solutions!

I just tried my Celestial Reloaded theme and the mobile menu shows up. So there is something about the ios 7 and the menu I am using on Celestial Lite that is being affected. So what I will have to do is do an update to Celestial Lite and use the menu coding that I used on my Reloaded version. I will probably need a couple days before this is ready though. If you do not see an update or hear from me, please do a follow up post.

    will do! thank you!

Hi jstan…I’m doing the update to the menu issue today and should be ready by tomorrow. I’ve been crazy busy so it’s been a bit delayed until now.

I just now updates and uploaded a new version of Celestial Lite which now uses the same menu setup that my Celestial Reloaded theme has. I also did a few other updates to the theme as well, all noted in the changelog.txt file of version 1.3.4.

I also updated the live demo site to test the menu and looks like this update fixes it.

Just have to wait for the review team to approve it, but I can send it to you if you contact me from my site https://www.styledthemes.com/contact
