Navicat windows

Hello.. I’ve almost completed my website, but I cant seem to change the url to the actual site. The url seems to have /wordpress behind. I need to upload a draft to the website on the original url without the /wordpress behind.

I dont have access to cPanel or phpMyAdmin.

Please do advice. I have access to the database via Navicat and also the ftp. But there is hardly any tutorial on how to use Navicat with wordpress.
