Navigate by id’s

I need one function, not sure if it’s possible to use in your accordion.

I have accordion section on my website where I need navigate between accordion panels by links with ID’s.
For example in text of the first panel I wish to create link or button with id of some particular panel. When user click on this button another accordion section should be opened.
