Navigation Bar Issue on Arras

I’m running the Arras theme and have a weird thing happening with the pages bar at the top. In Google Chrome, I’m seeing the following misalignment <img src=”https://www.actionxsportsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/110216-toprow.gif”&gt;

I’m not seeing this problem in either IE or Firefox. Any thoughts on how to correct it?
