Navigation bar menu items redirect to home page – Twenty Twenty-Three

    Hi all,

    I’ve created a personal portfolio using Twenty Twenty-Three Theme with the aubergine style and I created several pages to illustrate my work, however when I click on them on the navigation bar (menu) I get the same home page. The only menu item that works is the Posts, that one redirects to Posts.

    What I have tried:
    I have deactivated all plugins – Doesn’t work
    I have changed Theme (Twenty Twenty Two) – The menu works and it redirects to the pages.

    This last step made me think that it is due to the new theme of Twenty Twenty Three, can anyone relate/have a solution?

    The main issue was actually that I had modified the Page Template and therefore each page I selected redirected me to the Home Page design I had made, instead of show casing the content of the page.

    I recognise the problem you describe (navigation bar shows posts), but I don’t understand the solution you used to show your pages in the navigation bar. How can you chose what is shown there?

    I recognise the problem you describe (navigation bar shows posts), but I don’t understand the solution you used to show your pages in the navigation bar.

    It’s very likely that Paolo might have changed the look of their site since this issue was created.

    The page they shared which is showcasing their portfolio using the Media & Text block. This block allows you to add images side by side. This is a regular block that doesn’t have any direct link to the navigation bar.

    I cannot see what exactly is wrong with the navigation bar, however, I noticed that the Service menu item is linking to a Sample Page.

    If that is the issue kindly go to your post/page editor page to change the page title and permalink as shown below.
