Navigation Bar/Home Page

I tried putting a Home page button on the navagation bar of my website by adding a new page.

I quickly discovered that’s not the way to do it. I deleted the page but the word HOME is still on the navigation bar alongside ABOUT, CONTACTS, & VIDEO GALLERY.

How do I get the nav bar HOME to go away?

Also, wants the best way to add a home button? The house icon on each page is too small for site visitors to see.
