Navigation Block – new menu item not showing on mobile

    I’m using the Navigation blocks for the first time, and I added a new item to the menu called “Shop” and it shows up on desktop but it’s not showing up on the mobile menu. Originally I imported a classic menu to this block. The mobile menu seems to be stuck with the original menu list. How do I get mobile to update to the new order? Shouldn’t that be automatic?

    • does your theme have multiple menu options for desktop and mobile?
    • maybe you have a separate menu with different items designated for mobile and desktop-something like “Main Menu” and “Main Menu 2”
    • for additional guidance, please contact the support team for your theme.

    Turns out it was my theme. They have a separate content area for mobile menus, and I forgot that was a thing with this theme. So many great setups from different developers, but that can cause forgetfulness sometimes. Thanks for pointing me to the theme as the issue.
