Navigation "dots" are misaligned

My navigation dots are misaligned and I’m not sure how to correct this. The first “dot” is higher than the rest of them by a significant margin. No matter what option I choose: none, thumbs, numbers, dots, the first one is always misaligned. Even the first thumbnail is higher than the rest of them! Thank you.
