Navigation dots are not working

I’m using this plugin here: https://staceyhawkins.com/timesavorgourmet/new-home-page-2/ but I can’t seem to make the navigation dots show up with the slider. The slider on the top is the OIK Nivo slider.
Can you help??
(I have already tried selecting and deselecting the option in the settings page.)
