Navigation expanding while loading full page

Hi,

when i open my page, the navigation loads briefly and for a millisecond you can see the menu without the drop-down icons, which leads to an increase in the width of the navigation, when the menu loads the icons afterwards.
It’s the same with the parent-theme.
Is there an option, to make the icons load and first after that display the full loaded navigation?

Also i want to ask if there is a recommended way to create a child-theme, for blogus and for blogpaper?
