• Although I created my clients website several years ago using Radcliffe 2, I am still a beginner!! This was first website I have build so I am sure there are many mishaps within. As of recently my client noticed that the navigation menu was not working properly, as well as the responsive mode. In addition the navigation bar is no longer centered under the logo.

    1) On the desktop; if I hoover over about us it shows the pulldown nicely. But if a person was to click rather than hover, it shows a blank page and no dropdown menu (if you happen to move your curser a bit). The client would like the blank page removed if you “click” and would like the navigation to show up on a click and stay, maybe rather than a hoover. I honestly think it works fine the way it is, but my client doesn’t think people know to hover rather than click. Can this be changed to a click (and remove the blank page on the navigation label) This is the same result for (About us, Services and Online Dispensary.)

    2) On the iPhone, when I click the menu button the navigation lines up correctly. However, when I click on a menu item that has dropdown, I have to be very specifc to click on the check mark and not the about us. If I click on about us, the whole navigation disappears. This is the same result for About us, Services and Online Dispensary.

    3) I had created a child theme from the parent theme, but it has not been updated in a couple years, could this be contributing to the issue? I have not updated because within WordPress, it says that I could loose all my formatting if I update, SCARED!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I reached out to WP Beginners for help and that was unsuccessful.
