Navigation Layout

From the outset I have been struggling with this for a week and really need some help.
The client wishes their sites home page to look like wonder-wall.com.(Do not worry about the graphics undneath the navigation) now I know the site is based on adobe flash but all we are trying to do is duplicate that type of navigation style. any ideas please.
