Navigation menu not showing on mobile (Sydney theme)

Hi all, I am using the Sydney theme which is supposed to be responsive theme.
The only problem is that when accessing the website on mobile, the navigation menu doesn’t display on the screen while it works fine on desktop.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it?
