Navigation Menu not updating after user subscribe

    Hi,

    We’re using conditional menu. When users subscribe, they’ll see different menu header.

    The problem now is when new users subscribe, their nav menu stays the same as non-subscriber. Only when I clicked on ‘Update Account’ button on UM Profile do I see the new nav menu for subscribers.. Nothing happened when I do manual refresh.
