Navigation Menu Order Reversed

Hi there. Working on a clients website and updated both Twenty Twelve and WP to the current versions. For some unknown reason, now the order of the links in the top navigation has been completely reversed with the home link now on the right rather than left as before.

I have no idea why or how to fix. When I look at the menu order under appearances>menus it is as it should be with the home link on the top and contact at the bottom.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
