Hi, I just updated to the latest version of the theme and it’s changed the layout of my site. I’ve managed to get the header image to the old size and position, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the navigation menu back below the header image. I’ve inspected elements and played around but just can’t find the right thing/s to alter. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, all You have to do is to set menu in Appearance -> Menus -> Theme locations – You can select menu checkbox here.

    Hi,

I am having a similar problem.

With the update to ver 1.2.5 my header image is squeezed down to 80 pixel of height instead of the previous 300 pixels of height and the navigation menu buttons are placed over the header image.

I can’t seem to get the old header size back or to move the buttons back under the header image.

The site in question is https://www.paulwatskypoetry.com

    Help please…

    Thanks

I only ‘upgraded’ from 1.2.4 to 1.2.5 when upgrading WP from 4.0 to 4.1

I can see that SpeedyBlogSetup has solved the problems by reverting to v1.0.7.

Is there yet a solution to:
    a) making the header image size as deep as that advertised in the choose theme pane?
    b) making one of the two menus where it used to be, below the header image?
    c) making that menu appear as a row of boxes as before, rather than a three line icon that expands as a vertical textual list when clicked?

‘Appearance -> Menus -> Theme locations’ has been set, but it turns on/off the three line icon.

    Thanks,
    David

I’d like to know if the problem persist after upgrade?
