Navigation Not appearing or working

I have installed Cyclone 2 on a WordPress site that I am creating, it has a custom theme (based on the 2013 theme), The plugin works great, but I am having an issue with the navgation (next/prev) buttons do not show up or work at all, I also turned on the navigation, the circles show up but are not click-able. I ran the suggested javascript error check, and there are no errors listed.
Does anyone have any idea about this,
