    Hi,

I think this may be a theme issue, however, I’m not a developer, just a designer who can get by. So. I have added the plugin and app name, it loads great and worked effortlessly doing exactly what I hoped. That is until I tried adding it to the menu. When the page is triggered via the menu it just wont load. I get a blank page. When I refresh from within the browser (and I have tried them all with this problem) it loads. I have have tried custom menus as well not no avail.

    See it here: https://www.elbow-creative.co.uk

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi…

Yes, it is related to your theme. It looks like you are using a theme that works by dynamically by loading Ajax content into your existing page.

You can make this work, but it will require a small change. Generally, what you want to do is add the TwineSocial script inside your home page (not your “/social” page). Then you’ll want to set up your “social” tab in your navigation pane to call a Javascript function that will initialize your wall. I am not sure how flexible the theme you have is but it is doable.

We have a support article that describes the step.

    Hope that helps!
