Navigation Problem

My problem is following :
Navigation from Menu is OK when we are in home page. I can reach each section defined by the them.
When leaving the home page to a specific other page, and trying to go back to sections of the home page using the menu, printed section is the wrong one (https://localhost/wordpress/#section-167 is showing https://localhost/wordpress/#section-145).
Is there a tune somewhere in the menu ? or ?
