Navigation Toggle – Show Submenu

I am using an Activello Childtheme for https://smartnutrition.solutions/ We would like to show the submenu with the bootsrap toggle navigation in mobile/responsive view without having to completely redesign the entire navigation. We like the look and feel of the menu as is except that there is not a way to navigate to sub-level pages. Any suggestions, tutorials would be appreciated.
