navigation/include text in the frame?…

Is there anyway to include any kind of navigation? Right now if you go to the site (https://capitalplasticsco.com/wordpress/?page_id=32) I just have the text at the top say to click the back button…is there anyway to have a back button or anything? Also is there anyway to include text within the actual frame so when you click the gallery it still gives the description instead of the static text at the top?
