Navigation/Menu customization

Hello. I’m using this theme and am pretty happy with it. But one thing is troubling me.

That’s the menu across the top. I need to create a page with a very long URL, (for seo purposes), but I want that page represented in the menu by only one word. Is there a way to do that?

Also, I created one page to replace the sample page. But now I get that page’s url as https://www.domain.com/sample-page

Even though, it’s represented in the menu as one word! How can I change it’s URL?

Sounds like the two problems might have a common answer.
