You didn’t request any support before leaving this feedback. If you give us more details, we can help you find what is wrong with your server.

We offer a free version that can increase up to 64M. If you need more, we can give instructions on how to manually make changes to your wp-config.php file. If you are getting a blank page, it is likely due to another issue such as a hardware memory failure or PHP misconfiguration.

Our plugin has 2 pages on your dashboard to help you (and us):

    1. Show your site’s error log
    2. Diagnose various information to help us determine the problem, such as the number of installed plugins, whether they are updated, PHP version, etc.

    I haven’t to do request,

it’s not written in the main presentation of your plugin, that I have to pay to increase my memory php to 128 Mo.

It’s not a good surprise to see that in the configuration of your plugin.

Then you propose an solution in few lines, that d’ont work for me.

I have enough to put bad review.

may be you have to critic yourself communication about your plugin.

as you can see I am not the onlyone to had made bad review

Thank you for the suggestion. I added to the description: Allows you to automatically increase 60% of the memory even in the free version.

We are always working to improve our plugins.
